Payment: Reservations will be secured with a Visa or Mastercard - no deposit is required. Your card will not be billed until the day of the trip. Cash transactions must be for the exact amount as change cannot be made and we must be notified before the day of the trip you would like to pay with cash.

Cancellation: If Triangle X cancels a trip due to inclement weather or river conditions, or we receive your notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to meeting time, a full refund will be given. “No shows” will forfeit the entire price of the trip.

The online reservation request form is a request for reservation only and does not secure your reservation. Once our reservationist receives your request he or she will call you at the phone number you provide to acquire your credit card information. Please note that our trips do book up and there is a chance the trip you have requested may not be available.

In order to make online reservation requests you must submit your request at least 3 days prior to the day of the float you would like to reserve. For requests 3 days or less prior to departure day, please call us at 1-888-866-0005 and one of our reservationists will be glad to help you book your float trip.

Inherent Risks

We pride ourselves in offering you scenic float trips with experienced guides in a beautiful and unspoiled wilderness setting. However, like any outdoor activities engaged in a wilderness environment, the float trips and other activities we offer involve inherent risks which may lead to injury, property damage, or death. Our guests must be willing to accept these risks for the services we provide - guests are required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk Form in order to participate.

Under Wyoming law, the recreation provider is not responsible for injury, death, or property damage to participants resulting from the inherent risks of rafting and other recreational opportunities, pursuant of Wyoming Statute.
